Latino Educational Achievement Scholarship
Criteria includes:
- Applicant must be enrolled in a degree or certificate program for a minimum of six (6) credit hours.
- Priority will be given to Hispanic students and to those who would be the first generation in their family to attend college.
- Applicant must provide proof of financial need by applying FAFSA
- Applicant must provide proof of a 2.0+ GPA or GED completion.
- Provide a 500-word essay describing past, present or intended future contributions to your culture, community or family.
This scholarship was established in 1999 to support first generation Hispanic students pursuing a college education at MCC.
