Award in honor of Don Larson and Arnold Wittmus.
Criteria:

• 2.5 GPA
• Student’s major field of study is one of the following: Education, Public Service, Social Service, or Farming/Agriculture.
• Applicant must have attended one of the following: Harvard High School, Alden-Hebron High School, or Richmond-Burton Community High School (and who live in Alden, Chemung, Harvard, Hebron, or Richmond, IL)
• Demonstrate leadership skills
