Harvard Lions Club Legacy Award Scholarship in honor of Duffield “Duffy” Seyller and Ron “Smitty” Smith

Criteria:
• Applicant must have attended one of these high schools from the Harvard, Illinois area: Harvard High School, Alden-Hebron High School, or Richmond-Burton Community High School (and who live in Alden, Chemung, Harvard, Hebron, or Richmond, IL).
• Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Applicant must demonstrate leadership skills.
• For Spring award, preference to student’s major field of study as one of the following: Business, Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement, or Public Service.
